Returns Policy

1. Accepted return cases

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

— the product received is defective;

— the product received does not match the product, reference or description shown at the time of order.

2. Returns not automatically accepted

Returns for change of mind, ordering error, incompatibility with the customer's equipment, or wrong reference selection are not automatically accepted.

It is the customer's responsibility to verify before purchase: the exact reference, compatibility, technical specifications, product condition, as well as photos and description.

3. Verification before purchase

The customer is invited to contact us before ordering if in doubt or to confirm a part's compatibility.

Before any order, we strongly recommend that the customer contact us to confirm a reference or compatibility.

4. Prior authorization

Any return request must be submitted to ControlParts Global for authorization before sending the product back.

A product returned without prior authorization may be refused.

5. Condition of the returned product

The product must be returned in its original condition, with its accessories and packaging where applicable.

6. Resolution for accepted returns

If the return is accepted because the product is defective or does not match the ordered item, ControlParts Global may, depending on the case, offer a replacement, a credit, or a refund.

7. Excluded damages

Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect wiring, misuse, or any intervention on the product after receipt is not covered by this return policy.
