The terms governing the use of this site and purchases from ControlParts Global.

1. Use of the site
The controlpartsglobal.com website is operated by ControlParts Global Inc. (legal name: Pièces de Contrôle Globales Inc.). By using this site, you accept these terms of use.
The site is intended primarily for business (B2B) customers: maintenance teams, industrial buyers and machine builders. You agree to provide accurate information and not to use the site for unlawful purposes.
2. Orders
Any order placed on the site constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is only confirmed after payment validation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of pricing error, unavailability or suspected fraud; any amount charged would then be fully refunded.
Requests for quotation (RFQ) are not firm orders: they result in a price offer with limited validity, confirmed in writing.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) by default and may be converted to US dollars (USD) as a display and payment option. The applicable currency is the one confirmed at checkout.
We strive for price accuracy, but errors may occur. In the event of an obvious error, we will contact you before shipping to confirm or cancel the order.
4. Availability
Displayed stock levels are indicative and updated regularly. Some industrial parts (obsolete, made-to-order or hard-to-find items) may require a lead time communicated in the quotation or order confirmation.
5. Payments
Online payments are securely processed by Stripe. We accept major credit cards. Payment is charged at order confirmation.
An order remains unpaid until payment is confirmed by Stripe. No shipment is made for an unpaid order.
6. Taxes
Applicable taxes (GST, HST, QST, PST depending on the delivery province, or exemption for international destinations) are calculated automatically based on the delivery address and shown before payment. The tax breakdown appears on your invoice.
7. Shipping
We ship to Canada, the United States and internationally. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout or in the quotation. Risk transfers to the buyer upon handover of the parcel to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customs duties and import fees for international destinations are the recipient's responsibility, unless stated otherwise.
8. Returns and refunds
Returns must be authorized in advance by our team (contact quotes@controlpartsglobal.com). Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Specially ordered or custom parts may be non-returnable.
Approved refunds are issued through the same payment method as the original order, via Stripe. A credit note is issued for every refund.
9. Industrial products
The products sold are industrial components intended for professional applications. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify part compatibility with their equipment (reference, voltage, configuration) before installation.
Unless otherwise stated, new or refurbished products are sold in the condition described on the product page. Installation must be performed by qualified personnel in accordance with applicable electrical codes and standards.
10. Reference or description errors
Despite our efforts, the catalogue may contain typographical, referencing or description errors. Photos and datasheets are provided for information only. In case of discrepancy, contact us before ordering: we will confirm the exact reference.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ControlParts Global's liability is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of business, production downtime or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use a product.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
12. Intellectual property
Site content (text, structure, ControlParts Global logos) is protected. All trademarks and manufacturer names mentioned belong to their respective owners; their mention does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Québec, without prejudice to rights granted by the consumer protection laws of your province or territory of residence.
